A strategist by nature, Christopher has the unique ability to combine service, analytics, and operations into the very best resident and guest experience, all while improving efficiencies and profitability. Christopher serves numerous industry-leading corporations, guiding the development, stabilization, and operations of luxury hotels and high-rise communities across the nation. He possesses a wide range of knowledge and experience that allows him to contribute significantly toward the success of hospitality, association, mixed-use, and multi-family business sectors. Through his experience, he has become adept in overseeing a wide variety of hospitality operations and fiduciary responsibilities to ensure profit maximization and enhance the overall service experience while expanding market share.

Some notable highlights of his career include overseeing the financial, operational, and hospitality performance of as many as 28 hotels, encompassing 5,927 rooms and more than 1,215,000 square feet of meeting space for John Q. Hammons Hotels. Additionally, presiding over the transformation of a small business with $425k in annual revenue and a 12-member staff to a thriving operation with $10.4M in annual revenue and a 229-member staff. Also, working in high-rise condominium, multi-family and co-located hotel development consulting with world-renown firms such as Wilson Meany, Paramount Group, Streetlights Residential, Lincoln Property Company, Brookfield Properties, Hanover Companies, Greystar, and L37 Partners.
